Most information recorded on delegates will be specific to their name, email and telephone contact, childcare provider or organisation delegate is associated or employed by, job role, associate line manager and contact details.
Most events will take place virtually via Microsoft Teams and delegates who are booked on and attend events could have their name and possible early years setting shared /or visible to other delegates,. This is due to Microsoft Teams and delegate controlling their visibilty which is not managed by Staffordshire County Council. Information will also be required for the purposes of recording attendance on the event register which is applicable for the evaluation and certificate send out to delegates who attend the event.
