To support understanding of what early years practitioners, leaders and managers need to consider when creating a safeguarding culture for babies.
Learning Outcomes:
- Understanding the safeguarding and welfare needs of babies 0-2years
- Understanding the role of leadership and management of staff caring for babies
- To understand the importance of a whole family approach
Target Audience:
All early years practitioners caring for babies under two years of age. Applicable to PVI Nurseries and Pre-Schools, and Childminders only.
