Early Years Update for Schools

Event Outline:

Stay informed with the latest insights and updates from the Early Years sector. These sessions offer an opportunity to collaborate with other school-based Early Years colleagues to discuss and share practice. Facilitated by Senior Early Years Teacher Consultants, the session will allow practitioners to keep up to date with emerging trends and enhance and elevate their practice.  Please note that for this term, the session will be delivered virtually via MS Teams.

Learning Outcomes:

• Develop a deeper understanding of the latest national updates in Early Years and reflect on their impact on the sector.
• Discuss local developments in early years across Staffordshire.
• Network with other schools and foster a community of knowledge and improvement.

Target Audience / Prerequisites:

The sessions are for teachers and practitioners working in nursery and reception classes in Staffordshire schools. Schools may register up to two places per school.

All places must be booked through the Practitioner Hub. If you attend training without having a place booked in your name then unfortunately you will not be recorded as attending and will not receive a certificate or evaluation. Please ensure that places are cancelled if you are unable to attend.  If a booking needs to be updated, as a different person from a setting will be attending, then support can be provided for this.
