This workshop is for early years settings and offers an opportunity to focus on the latest updates to the Early years foundation stage statutory framework, with a particular focus on safeguarding and welfare. It provides valuable opportunities for practitioners to share good practice, exchange ideas and discuss strategies to implement the updated guidance effectively.


Learning Outcomes:

  • Understand the latest changes to the Early years foundation stage statutory framework safeguarding and welfare requirements
  • Understand the key role of leadership and management of staff relating to the EYFS statutory changes
  • Reflect on current practice and provision and any changes that may be required

 

Target Audience / Prerequisites:

PVI day nurseries, childminders, pre-schools and school run early years provision

Maximum of 2 attendees per setting

 

All places must be booked through the Practitioner Hub. If you attend training without having a place booked in your name then unfortunately you will not be recorded as attending and will not receive a certificate or evaluation. Please ensure that places are cancelled if you are unable to attend.  If a booking needs to be updated, as a different person from a setting will be attending, then support can be provided for this.
