This face-to-face session, aimed at wraparound care providers, will explore our understanding of behaviour, recognising that behaviour is complex and impacted by many factors. It will cover preventative strategies we can implement to manage behaviour and how to create a positive environment, de-escalation strategies for challenging situations, and restoring relationships following challenging situations. 

Pre-requisites: For Wraparound Care Providers, including management and staff.
